Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of our company.
We manufacture all wooden products using wood from sustainable sources. We care deeply about the longevity of our products, suppliers and sourcing to ensure that our entire business model is sustainable from the outset.
We only purchase timber material where established replanting programmes exist and where certification is present.
Our product design policy is to aim for zero product wastage. We use solid oak as the core material throughout our range, so when sizeable products are returned or unsuitable, we can then use the material to manufacture smaller products.
We use a natural, biodegradable oil to finish our products - avoiding harsh chemicals.
Our accessory products, such as shelf brackets, are made from reclaimed materials where possible.
